Il Porticciolo organizes Cookery Courses at Villa Rina. The lessons usually last 3-4 hours and include dinner. You will learn the basics of Amalfi Cuisine starting from the harvesting of raw materials from the gardens that surround the villa to the making of homemade pasta and the many ways of cooking fish and seasonal vegetables.
The course is run by Signora Rina and during the 3-4 hours you will learn about and gather the ingredients, prepare the dishes and then eat what you have lovingly prepared.
